1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in any course or using any service provided by Gkon Technologies, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Course Enrollment

2.1 Eligibility

Our courses are open to individuals who meet the minimum age requirement of 16 years. Some advanced courses may have prerequisite knowledge requirements, which will be clearly communicated before enrollment.

2.2 Registration

To enroll in a course, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2.3 Fees and Payment

Course fees must be paid in full or according to the agreed installment plan before the course commencement date. We accept various payment methods including UPI, bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and cash.

3. Course Content and Delivery

3.1 Schedule

Course schedules, including class timings and duration, will be communicated at the time of enrollment. We reserve the right to modify schedules with reasonable notice.

3.2 Attendance

Regular attendance is mandatory for course completion. Students must maintain a minimum attendance of 75% to be eligible for certification and placement assistance.

3.3 Study Materials

All study materials provided during the course are for personal use only. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of course materials without written permission is prohibited.

4. Certification

Course completion certificates will be issued to students who:

  • Complete all required coursework and assignments
  • Maintain minimum attendance requirements
  • Successfully complete the final project
  • Clear any assessments or examinations

5. Placement Assistance

While we provide placement assistance including resume building, mock interviews, and job referrals, we do not guarantee job placement. Placement depends on individual performance, market conditions, and employer requirements.

6. Code of Conduct

Students are expected to:

  • Maintain respectful behavior towards instructors and fellow students
  • Not engage in any form of harassment or discrimination
  • Respect institute property and equipment
  • Not share login credentials or course access with others
  • Comply with all institute policies and guidelines

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided by Gkon Technologies are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Students may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Gkon Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific course.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
